Introducing the Jobberman Employer Referral Program

We all know someone who is sourcing the right talent for their company. It could be a  business owner, HR manager, friends, family or colleagues.

In addition to telling you about their recruitment struggles, they also need to be searching for the right talent on the right platform, like Jobberman. As an employer and user of the platform, here is your chance to help other employers like you to get started with the Jobberman Employer Referral Program.

How the referral program works

With the Jobberman Employer Referral program, you and people in your network can earn our Skills Assessment add-on product for free! When you invite friends, family and colleagues to register on the Jobberman platform, they’ll receive N54,000 skills assessment credit on their account and you get N54,000  skills assessment credit on your account once the referee purchases one of our many services and products. (Note: referrals need to be new Jobberman customers).

The N54,000 credit allows you to add our skills assessments product, which is a series of job-specific tests curated by experts for numerous job functions to any of your active job listings.

Here’s how to start:

  1. Log into your Employer account
  2. In the dashboard, go to the “Refer and Earn” Module

  3. Copy your referral link OR share via the social buttons
  4. Once an interested employer signs up with your referral link and makes a purchase, you will receive 1 FREE assessment credit that you can add to your job listing, pro recruit or best match.
  5. To track your referrals, simply click on “VIEW YOUR REFERRALS”  in your ATS dashboard to see what stage your referrals are.

And that’s it…

Not sure what to say? When reaching out to a referral, tell them why you use Jobberman.com and how you believe it will help them, too.
