Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Proven work experience as a sales manager in the insurance industry
  • Excellent knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering revenue growth.
  • Solid understanding of market trends and competitor landscape
