The Team Lead Provisioning and Release Management has responsibilities for the process of managing, planning, scheduling and controlling the Banks software build through different stages and environments; including testing and deploying.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Managing, planning, scheduling, and controlling the Banks software build through different stages and environments; including testing and deploying
- Implements the configuration management policy and standards
- Agrees scope of the configuration management processes, function, the items that are to be controlled, and the information that is to be recorded
- Identifies which CIs need to be managed and controlled from this basis of Inventory, Asset, and Configuration Management
- Proposes and agrees to the CI types and level of detail at which CIs are to be identified
- Setup and maintain a CMDB and also ensure it reflects the real-time state of the IT infrastructure
- Defines integration requirements to support other IT Service Management processes
- Produces and distributes management reports for Configuration Management.
- Leverages system management tools to assist with CMDB data integrity
- Evaluate the CMDB against the infrastructure to measure and report on data integrity and compliance
- Monitors and ensures prompt resolution of issues.
- Provide CMDB status report on a monthly/quarterly basis to the Head, IT Service Delivery.
- Control the receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal of all supported CIs
- Provide information on the status of CIs
- Defines and controls the service configuration baselines in terms of core and support services,
- applications, information, service, technical, and infrastructure ensuring that they meet the requirements established in the service design
- Review changes in the service configuration for compliance with standards, contractual and internal
- Continuous building of the product release, ensuring the compiler versions are up-to-date
- Establishing a build process, and the ability to improve the build process.
Requirements:
- BSc, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science Electrical Electronics or Sciences
-  A Master’s Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science is desirable
- Relevant Professional Certifications
- 6 yrs. relevant work experience
- Supplier management certification
