Supply Chain Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and communicate logistics performance.

Route Optimization:

• Evaluate and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and improve delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.

Inventory Management:

• Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to streamline inventory movements and reduce holding costs.
• Implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and minimize stock outs.

Cost Analysis and Budgeting:

• Conduct cost analysis on transportation and logistics operations.
• Assist in developing and managing logistics budgets to optimize costs while maintaining service levels.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in logistics operations.
• Implement and monitor initiatives to enhance overall logistics efficiency and responsiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
