Job Summary
We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to supervise, and coordinate moulding operations on assigned shift to maintain production schedules, quality standards, and maximize efficiency.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Over sees and schedule manpower based on production plan of each machine.
- Check hourly production report from line supervisor and update reporting line.
- Enforce displinary and safety measures and maintains departmental housekeeping.
- Generate production report at the end of each shift.
- Train new employees on job training
- Over sees administrative within departments such as –leave approvals, manpower requisition.
- Distributing and maintaining records of working tools and PPE kits.
- Notify maintenance of machine break down or malfunctions.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in commerce / Arts
- Work experience of at least 3 years
- Experience in production Supervisor lavel in injection molding plastic company
- Working Knowledge of supervisor Activities, good with mathsÂ
