Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and skilled supervisors of Trades Processing and Customer Service to join our team. As the Supervisor of Trades Processing and Customer Service, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient processing of trades and ensuring outstanding customer service delivery. You will be responsible for managing a team of trades processing and customer service staff, guiding them to perform at their highest capacity. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing human and material resources to achieve operational excellence and meet company objectives.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of trade processing and customer service staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  •  Ensure timely and accurate processing of trades in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary training and development initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the team and with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of human and material resources to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance service delivery. 

  

Requirements:

  • The candidate must reside in Ibadan. Residence must not be far from Jericho, Ibadan.
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or at least 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of trades processing procedures, financial products, and customer service principles
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for trades processing and customer relationship management
  • Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
