Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. Your main duties will include creating engaging content and managing social media accounts

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
  • Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects
  • Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Manage all page profile
  • Research and turn content ideas into videos and images
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales
  • Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice
  • Create and execute content calendar
  • Perform other ad hoc marketing duties as required


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Social Media role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, or any related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficient in social media management tools, scheduling, direct message automation, and analytics.
  • Proven experience in creating various content types (portrait, landscape, reels, stories, UGC, static, videos, motion design, and GIFs).
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on creating compelling content for diverse marketing channels.
  • Proven track record of driving engagement and conversion through social media.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with project management software (Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com).
  • Proficient in editing and design platforms like Canva.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable insights.
  • Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
  • Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content
  • Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms
  • Highly motivated, passionate about content creation, and ability to keep up with the fast-paced social media landscape
  • Strong portfolio of content creation work and experience
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
  • Self-starter who can take direction and contribute ideas
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to take constructive criticism
