• Sourcing: Identify and engage with influencers setting trends on TikTok, IG, and YouTube.
• Relationship Building: Maintain professional ties with influencers, agencies, and partners.
• Campaign Oversight: Manage timelines and influencer content deliverables.
• Creative Direction: Review and approve influencer content to ensure brand alignment.
• Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to track ROI and optimize future campaigns.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with social, content, and paid teams for holistic marketing efforts.

• 1 year of proven experience in influencer and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms and trends.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Creative mindset for campaign innovation and digital storytelling.
