Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in driving brand awareness and engagement through innovative digital strategies. As a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising.
  • Create and share engaging daily content, including text, images, and videos that promote the company’s brand.
  • Moderate user-generated content for appropriateness.
  • Develop and implement a corporate social media strategy for the brand.
  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy.
  • Create content and editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, design, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy for digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop visually compelling and effective marketing materials.
  • Manage and maintain the brand’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and SEO optimized, driving traffic to it.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all content aligns with the brand identity and resonates with the brand’s target audience.
  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring it reflects the latest collections and brand ethos.
  • Manage social media advertising budgets and track ROI to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Coordinate with PR and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our digital marketing efforts cutting-edge.
  • Use data-driven insights to develop and present regular reports on campaign performance and digital marketing metrics.


  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably within the fashion, retail or luxury sector.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of Graphic design.
  • Creative mind-set with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Creative mind-set with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fashion and an understanding of the luxury market
