Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Short-Stay/ Short-Let Manager to oversee our luxury accommodation operations in Lagos. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our short-term rental properties, upholding our high standards, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our short-stay properties, including guest check-in/check-out, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest communication.
  • Maintain and enforce high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout all properties.
  • Manage reservations, pricing strategies, and occupancy rates to maximize revenue and optimize guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated property staff, ensuring their performance meets company expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our properties, drive bookings, and enhance brand reputation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive innovation within the short-stay sector.



Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Short-Stay/ Short-Let Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience managing short-term rental properties.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
