Job Summary

The Senior Sales Account Manager shall secure profitable business through proactive business development and management of internal resources based on the fundamental understanding of the customer's business, operations, and objectives.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to junior sales staff, mentoring them to improve their performance.
  • Consistently hit revenue targets and maintain a high level of customer retention
  • Creating and implementing plans to effectively manage and grow accounts.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.


Requirements:

  • A degree from an accredited university and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales.  
  • Proven ability to secure orders in the competitive market
  • Strong business acumen and good insight into customer's business priorities
  • Excellent sales management capability, preferably with key account management or senior sales management experience
  • A business leader with the vision to create business opportunities in strategically important areas
  • Ability to work closely with the customer to identify, sell, and agree the business benefit to the customer's business with a profitable arrangement for both parties
  • Knowledgeable within the global ICT industry; possessing knowledge of markets, products, processes, etc.
  • Strong business and financial awareness to ensure a good understanding of the implications that various courses of action will have on cost and revenue
  • Result-oriented with the ability to think strategically and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
