As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead the analysis of complex datasets, drive data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the design and maintenance of our database architecture. Leveraging your expertise in database architecture, cloud-based systems, and data analysis tools, you will play a key role in optimizing our debt recovery process.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of database architecture to support our debt recovery operations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and manage cloud-based systems, with a focus on Azure-based environments, and ensure alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources, including internal databases and external partners, to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform advanced data analysis, statistical modelling, and predictive analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance and inform debt recovery strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Power Automate to communicate key insights and performance metrics to stakeholders and management.
  • Implement database security measures and approaches, including secure development practices and code-level application security, to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior analysts and IT teams, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvements
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in database architecture, cloud computing, and data analytics, and assess their potential impact on United Kash's operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for monitoring and evaluating debt recovery performance.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and selection of data analysis tools, technologies, and platforms that align with our business objectives and technology stack.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in applications development and database architecture in a complex, multi-platform distributed environment.
  • Proficiency and extensive experience in SQL, SQL Server, and NoSQL technologies, with a focus on designing, building, and maintaining database architecture.
  • Strong understanding of database security principles and approaches, including secure development practices, encryption, and identity management.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based systems, with a particular focus on Azure-based environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and other Microsoft products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the debt recovery or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the fields of database architecture, cloud computing, and data analytics.
