Senior Construction Planner

Role Description The Senior Construction Planner is a part-time remote role responsible for overseeing planning activities for construction-related projects supported by HS Digital Solution. This role involves developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. The Senior Construction Planner will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, monitor project progress, and support project control and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing construction requirements, aligning procurement timelines with project milestones, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies. The role also includes preparing documentation, updating project status in relevant tools, and contributing to continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Construction Planning and Project Planning to develop, manage, and update detailed schedules and work plans.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Control to monitor progress, track variances, and support reporting and risk management.
• Candidates should possess skills in Procurement and Construction to align material and service acquisition with project needs and site activities.
• Experience coordinating remote, cross-functional teams and communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
• Several years of experience in construction planning or project management, preferably in senior or lead roles.
• Relevant education in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work part time with a high degree of autonomy, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
