Job Summary
The goal of this job is to provide administrative and personal support to the Executive Chairman to enable him oversee all activities of the group of companies
- Minimum Qualification: HND
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Administrative tasks
- Ensure proper typing of documents as requested
- Online and Offline system of filing for easy retrieval
- Oversee the activities of the front office staff and sanitation of the EC's office
- All PA/Secretary duties
Logistic tasks
- Prepare and book tickets for top management travels as when directed.
- Travel along with the EC when the need arises
- Handle logistic needs for the top management as directed
Media
- Manage newspapers and give feedback on each to the EC
- Work with the PRO on media assignments for the EC
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND
- 5 years experience a secretary
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software
- In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as the technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Integrity and confidentiality
