Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate in-store product demonstrations, sampling events, and promotional displays in collaboration with brand partners
- Ensure proper placement, presentation, and stock levels of branded products on supermarket shelves
- Monitor sales data and inventory for assigned brand partners and provide regular reports and recommendations
- Communicate with brand partners to understand promotional goals and strategies, and align in-store activities accordingly
- Develop and implement creative marketing ideas to drive customer awareness and purchase of branded products
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries from shoppers about featured products
- Collaborate with the supermarket's marketing team to integrate brand promotions with broader store-wide marketing campaigns
- Maintain detailed records of all in-store activities, sales results, and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail promotions, or in-store marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work as a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work on weekends
