Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Wootlab. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth. They will identify and target potential clients, build and maintain relationships, and effectively communicate the value of our services.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, initiate contact, and develop proposals that cater to their specific digital solution needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to align marketing strategies with market demands.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and marketing effectiveness to refine strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure coherent brand messaging and service delivery.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing campaigns, sales forecasts, and market analysis to senior management


Requirements:

  • Sales and marketing expertise, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Data analysis and market research abilities
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of the software engineering industry and technology trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
