Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for power products.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to enhance market penetration.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new product developments (NPD), competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, including analysis of sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience within the power industry, with a strong understanding of power products and the power market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of power products, including inverters, solar inverter batteries, and solar panels.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
