📌 Key Responsibilities

* Identify and engage prospective clients through marketing, networking, and referrals.

* Promote the company’s real estate products and investment opportunities.

* Conduct property inspections and follow up on leads.

* Convert prospects into sales and achieve set sales targets.

* Maintain strong client relationships and submit regular sales reports.

* Develop effective strategies to generate leads and close deals.

✅ Requirements

* Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

* Sales experience is an advantage; real estate experience is a plus.

* Excellent driving skills are an added advantage.

* Must be highly result-oriented, target-driven, and hungry for success 🔥

* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

* Must possess the determination and resilience to pursue opportunities and close sales.

* Applicants must reside within close proximity to Ring Road, Ibadan.
