Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Product Promotion:

  • Strategize and Execute Growth Plans: Develop and implement aggressive growth strategies to significantly increase our user base, boost revenue, and solidify our brand’s market presence.
  • Optimize Digital Marketing Campaigns: Lead digital marketing efforts across paid search, social media, display advertising, and SEO to ensure maximum return on investment.


Market Penetration:

  • Data-Driven Marketing Optimization: Utilize a data-driven approach to continuously test, analyze, and refine marketing tactics, guaranteeing the most effective performance.
  • Innovate Acquisition Channels: Proactively explore and establish new channels to acquire and retain users, positioning our brand as a leader in the edtech space.


Strategic Partnerships:

  • Sales Channel Activation: Activate and optimize sales through various channels, ensuring comprehensive market coverage and penetration.
  • Lead Regional Sales Teams: Direct all activities of regional sales representatives, nurturing a culture of high performance, lead conversions and growth.


Marketing Excellence:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that resonate with B2C, B2B, and B2B2C segments, driving sales of our educational products.


Sales Team Leadership:

  • Manage the sales team, set ambitious targets, and monitor performance to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
  • Mentor and motivate team members to exceed expectations, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.


Customer Acquisition:

  • Implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion to secure new customers.
  • Understand and address customer needs, ensuring high levels of engagement and loyalty.


Data-Driven Insights:

  • Monitor key sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leverage insights to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or tech sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in B2C and B2B sales environments.
  • Ability to develop and align sales and marketing strategies effectively.
  • Strong connections within the industry and excellent relationship-building skills.


Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid)
