Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to effectively manage the returned merchandise process from point of collection to release of repaired product to customer while also acting as liaison between customers and the workshop technicians.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers complaints relating to technical faults on the company products.
- Receive incoming returned products (defective) from customers.
- Verify all incoming returned products to authenticate receipt of items i.e., customer information and product registration.
- Liaise with the customer and workshop regarding the status of product repair.
- Communicate the repair charges to customers.
- Proper documentation and maintenance of the database system.
- Release repaired products to customers.
- Test repaired products for customers at collection point.
Requirements:
- At least an OND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant and progressive experience.
- Great business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
- Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work and strong ethics.
