Summary:

We are seeking a Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist to support recruitment outreach and candidate engagement operations for rapidly growing remote teams. This role focuses on outbound candidate communication, lead qualification, interview scheduling, and recruitment pipeline support.

The ideal candidate is confident communicating over the phone, organized, and interested in developing a long-term career within recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing support, or sourcing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound candidate outreach and sourcing calls daily.
• Engage potential applicants and explain available job opportunities clearly.
• Perform initial candidate qualification and screening activities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment follow-up communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within CRM and ATS systems.
• Follow outreach scripts and structured recruitment workflows consistently.
• Meet daily outreach, screening, and scheduling performance goals.
• Ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in training sessions and team coaching meetings.
• Support additional recruiting and sourcing tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong English speaking and communication skills.
• Comfortable conducting high-volume outbound candidate outreach.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Reliable internet connection, electricity, laptop/PC, and smartphone required.
• Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, customer support, telemarketing, or call center operations preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms or CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to follow scripts and structured outreach procedures effectively.
