Summary:

We are looking for a Remote Outreach Specialist to support outbound communication and appointment-setting operations for growing U.S.-based teams. This role focuses on connecting with leads, explaining services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized outreach workflows in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who is comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling role while maintaining professionalism and strong customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach calls to leads and prospective customers daily.
• Explain available services and appointment information clearly and professionally.
• Follow structured outreach scripts and communication guidelines consistently.
• Schedule appointments using internal booking systems and CRM platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and customer interactions.
• Meet daily outreach, dialing, and scheduling performance goals.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining positive communication.
• Participate in coaching sessions and team collaboration meetings.
• Ensure timely follow-up communication with leads and prospects.
• Perform additional outreach and administrative support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Strong phone communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
• Reliable internet connection, electricity, laptop/PC, and smartphone required.
• Previous experience in outreach, telemarketing, sales, customer support, or call center operations preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow scripts and structured outreach workflows effectively.
