Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The Logistics Managers are involved in managing the entire value chain from the movement of raw materials to distribution to customers, with a focus on optimizing costs, improving efficiency and profitability, enhancing customer service, and ensuring safety.
Requirements:
- Masters in Supply chain, Engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in Supply Chain or logistics
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, sales forecasting, advanced planning system
- Deep understanding of both the Outbound and Inbound logistics process
- Deep knowledge of procedures and guideline for the Logistics contingency plan
- Conversant with the BM logistics institutional and operational reports
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of supply chain core processes and logistics business
- Knowledge of basic finance fundamentals
- Highly computer literate (MS office) with experience in using an ERP system (eg. SAP)
- Must be available to attend the London Summit on 18th or 19th of April 2024.
