Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled recruitment officer who will manage the full hiring lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs and posting jobs to screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. He or she will partner with department managers to fill open roles, maintain applicant databases, ensure legal compliance, and enhance the company’s reputation as a top employer of Labour.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Understanding of employment laws, recruitment software, Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and social media platforms
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Strategic sourcing for blue-collar candidates
Previous experience as a recruitment officer/specialist/intern/supervisor in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
Key Qualifications
BA/BSc/MSc/MBA in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
