Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide assistance and information to visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Manage visitor sign-in and issue visitor badges as needed.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
  • Relay messages accurately and promptly.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors for supply orders.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
  • Monitor and respond to security and safety system alarms.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Address inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate department.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and basic computer software.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
