As a Receptionist / Administrative Clerk you are responsible for a variety of clerical, administrative, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks and assist with the smooth operation of the organization.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the organizational receptionist, greeting and directing clients and visitors
- Answer and respond to organization phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate departments/parties as necessary
- Performs data entry and filling tasks as assigned
- Regularly check and maintain a record of necessary office supplies
- Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items
- Help with office management and organization processes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Academic qualification of a University Degree or an HND
- At least 1 or more years of related experience
- Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Ability to proofread.
- Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Basic understanding of Administrative/clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
