Job Summary

As a Receptionist / Administrative Clerk you are responsible for a variety of clerical, administrative, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks and assist with the smooth operation of the organization.

  • Minimum Qualification:Degree
  • Experience Level:Entry level
  • Experience Length:1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the organizational receptionist, greeting and directing clients and visitors  
  • Answer and respond to organization phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate departments/parties as necessary
  • Performs data entry and filling tasks as assigned
  • Regularly check and maintain a record of necessary office supplies
  • Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items
  • Help with office management and organization processes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Academic qualification of a University Degree or an HND
  • At least 1 or more years of related experience
  • Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Ability to proofread.
  • Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Basic understanding of Administrative/clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
