The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, conducting due diligence, handling title insurance, drafting leases, and assisting with commercial real estate matters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
Familiarity with conducting due diligence in real estate transactions Knowledge of title insurance processes and requirements Experience in handling leases, including negotiation and drafting Understanding of commercial real estate practices and regulations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
 Salary: N120,000 and N180,000.
