QMS Manager

The QMS Manager will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, lead internal audits, manage process control activities, and promote a culture of quality across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards.

• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.

• Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and corporate requirements.

• Coordinate training programs related to quality standards and process control.

• Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.

• Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).

• Additional certification or training in Quality Management, ISO standards, or related areas is an added advantage.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Quality Management or related engineering roles.

• Proven experience in internal auditing, process control, and continuous improvement systems.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and QMS implementation.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
