We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Public Relations and Creative Content Manager with a strong background in graphics to manage and grow our online media presence. This role involves crafting compelling content, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand’s message across multiple digital platforms to ensure maximum visibility.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Digital Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that supports all online efforts of the organization, integrating social media, SEO, and content marketing to enhance online visibility and engagement.
  • Content Creation and Management: Generate compelling, high-quality content tailored to different digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and press releases. Ensure that all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience across all channels.
  • Graphic Design and Multimedia Production: Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and multimedia content to support digital content across various platforms. Use graphic design skills to enhance the visual impact of campaigns and drive higher engagement.
  • Social Media Management and Engagement: Manage the organization's social media profiles, planning and scheduling posts that align with the broader marketing strategy. Actively engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and cultivate a community around the brand.
  • Analytics and Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media activity. Use insights to refine strategies, improve content effectiveness, and increase reach and engagement.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimize content for SEO to ensure high rankings in search engine results pages. Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and apply best practices to all content creation.
  • Public Relations and Outreach: Handle public relations tasks including crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and building relationships with influencers and external partners to amplify the organization’s reach.
  • Collaborative Project Management: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall organizational goals. Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers as needed to support content creation and promotional activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in public relations and media outreach.
  • Ability to create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of social media and marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
