Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Site Architect to join our organization. As a Project Site Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design and development of projects from conception to completion. Working closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will translate design concepts into tangible structures while ensuring adherence to budgetary, regulatory, and timeline constraints. You will be responsible for assisting teammates in creating project plans and allocating resources. You will communicate and collaborate with team members, ensuring everyone knows the project status and deadlines. To be successful in this role, you must be excellent in using architect software and tools. Exceptional communication is key, to ensuring clear and concise information flow between teams and stakeholders.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Supervising on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with architectural plans and specifications.
Facilitating effective communication and coordination among different project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Coordinating with various disciplines to ensure smooth integration of architectural design with structural, mechanical, electrical and other systems.
Collaborating with the design team, including engineers, other consultants, and contractors, to integrate various design elements.
Ensuring that the design intent is maintained during the construction process.
Reviewing and approving architectural plans, drawings and specifications to ensure that they reflect the intended design concept and meet regulatory standards.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including as-built drawings, site reports and change orders.
Keep a record of site activities, issues and resolutions for future reference and reporting.
Resolving design-related issues that arise during construction while maintaining design integrity.
Monitoring the quality of materials, finishes and construction techniques to ensure they align with the approved design and industry standards.
Contract Administration.
Conducting quality checks to maintain design aesthetics and functionality.
Ensuring that construction activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines, taking necessary measures to minimize risks on site.
Addressing design-related challenges or conflicts that arise during construction and proposing solutions while maintaining design integrity.
Making necessary design adjustments based on site conditions and unforeseen issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
Masters Degree in Architecture.
 3 – 5 years of proven experience in construction management/supervision.
In-depth understanding of construction processes, building systems, and construction materials.
Proficient in interpreting and understanding architectural plans, specifications and construction drawings.
Good Knowledge of construction contract administration.
Strong coordination skills to collaborate with contractors, sub-contractors, and other on-site personnel, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
Effective communication skills for interacting with clients on-site, providing updates on project progress, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Experience in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Demonstrated ability to provide effective on-site supervision, ensuring that construction activities align with architectural designs and project requirements.
High level of computer literacy including word processing, presentations, PowerPoint and the Internet.
Sound knowledge of basic architectural software such as Autocad, Revit, and Sketchup
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients.
Advanced project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and work within project budgets.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges and find creative solutions that align with project goals.Â
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 400,000
Working hours: 9: 00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working days: (Mondays –Fridays)
