Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify funding opportunities from diverse local and international government sources through in depth research.
- Craft exceptional grant proposals with strict adherence to donor guidelines and organizational priorities
- Assist in the effective development, implementation and delivery of programs timelines, goals, and objectives
- Coordinate various program roles, responsibilities and activities to achieve the program’s desired outcomes and objectives.
- Ensure sustainability of all implemented programs through Monitoring and Evaluation processes.
- Provide concise reports on programs’ progress and outcomes to the organization and relevant stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and donors, to achieve program objectives.
- Identify through market research, emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges, to inform strategic decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3 years of working experience
