Our client is a leading premium snack manufacturer in Nigeria. Located in Lagos, the Company produces high quality, healthy and delicious snacks made from high-quality ingredients, advanced machines and techniques. The company is now seeking to recruit a hardworking individual as Production Supervisor.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating production machines. You will ensure that the working environment is safe and that all employees understand how to use the machines according to company policies. You will be responsible for completing tasks within your production line.
You must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of packaging machines, compressors, generator, fryers, roasters etc. You must have excellent leadership and training skills and ability to work on your own and also work well with others. You must be thorough and attentive to detail. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. Good time management skills and physical coordination and dexterity are essential for the role.
