Production Officer(Sagamu)

Responsibilities:

• Process and maintenance evaluation
  
• Coordination for production plan [with PPIC] – Planning, Production , Inventory , Control
  
• Provide reporting [monthly]
  
• Development of S.O.Ps and comply with all regulation [ISO; GMP; 5S]
  
• Provide CILT plan ( Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication & Tightening)
  
• Project Progress Monitoring and Report
  
• Review Prod Plan from PPIC
  
• Evaluating process and providing information to PPIC regarding the calculation of material that will be consumed in the process.
  
• Evaluating process and providing decision/ judgement during process running.
  
• Provide monthly review and reporting.
  
• Evaluating maintenance activities
  
• Collaborate with related department for development and comply regulation [GMP-5S-ISO, etc]
  
• Recommendation of work concepts for more efficient and effective
  
• Controlling utility needs for the production process.
  
• Problem solving of the abnormalities of utility machines and power plants.
  
• Make a maintenance schedule for power plant unit machines based on utility machine requirements.
  
• Provide monthly review and reporting.
  
• Arrange planning and the need for spare parts and utility supplies.
  
• Provide recommendations in monitoring predictive maintenance.
  

Requirements:

• Discipline: B.sc/HND in Engineering
  
• Years of Experience: 3 Years as Supervisory role in Food Manufacturing Industry
• Major Experience: Mechanical Engineering (1year) and Electrical Engineering (1year)
• Gender: Male
• Basic Experience: Use of MS Office, Machine Operations / Repairs
• Age: 32-35
• Candidates should reside in Sagamu, Mowe and Abeokuta
