Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
• Ensure the product vision is clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to bring new products and features to market.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Develop business cases for new product initiatives and enhancements.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback on the product.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on product performance and progress against goals.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the technology or sustainability sector.
• Proven track record of successfully building, launching, and managing SAAS products.
• Strong understanding of IoT, data analytics, software and hardware development processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
