Role Description The Operations Support Trainee role at Kashtok Limited is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting daily operational processes within the fintech platform. Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time-management, and task-tracking skills to manage multiple operational activities in a structured manner.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and operational reports.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document processes accurately.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including remote collaboration software and basic productivity applications.
