Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:Â Â
- Operational Excellence: You will oversee the daily operations of delivery services, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Implement and maintain operational standards and protocols to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain Operational Readiness: You will ensure that the bikes are operational, and that the riders have enough fuel both in their bikes and in reserve or storage every morning. Â
- Team Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of delivery riders. Ensure all personnel adhere to the company's standards of service, including presentation, punctuality, and customer interaction.
- Problem Resolution: You will act as a point of contact for resolving operational issues, including delivery delays, customer complaints, and vendor discrepancies.
- Logistics and Planning: You will optimize delivery routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce delivery times. You will also monitor and manage the condition and maintenance of delivery bikes.
- Reporting and Analysis: You will generate regular reports on operational performance, identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes to enhance service delivery.
- Customer Service Collaboration: You will work closely with customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and handling of orders, ensuring customer satisfaction is always a priority.
 Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role, preferably within a delivery or logistics company.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results and continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to tackling challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
