Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  •  Assist direct supervisors with operational activities (including but not limited to field operations).
  • Schedule activities relating to company operations when needed, such as meetings, inspections, etc.
  • When needed, represent your direct supervisor to stakeholders.
  • Help prepare, analyze, review, amend, and file relevant operational documents.
  • Work with relevant team members to analyze all field operations and forward suggestions for improvements to the direct supervisor.
  • Provide support to the relevant teams to create, amend, and implement operation improvement strategies.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of various quality control methods.
  • Oversee team members on job sites.
  • Carry out scheduling activities for field operatives and representatives.
  • Support the relevant team with the creation and review of the operational budget.
  • Assist with the setting up and implementing of business and operational goals and working alongside other departments and teams to achieve these goals.
  • Liaise with the relevant team members to pursue sales and new business leads. As well as carry out other business development-related tasks.
  • Attend meetings prepare analytical reports and provide summaries for the direct supervisor.
  • Monitor key metrics and help develop operational strategies for profitability for the company.
  • Provide guidance and support to field operatives. Also, provide guidance and support for all issues when needed.
  • With the aid of the relevant department assist in reviewing all operational-related purchases e.g. equipment, supplies etc.
  • Carry out other Ad hoc services as when required by the company.



Requirements:


  • HND or Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Previous experience in field work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb organizational skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to promote efficiency towards achieving business objectives and profitability.
  • Critical thinker and solution-driven.
  • Goal-oriented.
