We are a medium sized law firm with offices in Lagos and Abuja. we have an urgent opening for an office clerk in our office in Lagos. Applicants must possess at a minimum, the following qualifications and qualities.
- Minimum Qualification: OND
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
- Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events
- Perform other office duties as assigned
- Minimum academic qualification of OND in any discipline
- Must be resourceful and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
