Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Effective detailing of medical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers and develop a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as doctors, hospital administrators, and pharmacies.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain a customer database, including contact information, and preferences, and ensure it is updated on the software.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, such as hospitals and pharmacies.
- Develop and implement a monthly tour plan.
- Ensure daily/monthly call targets are achieved
Requirements:
- B.Sc in any related Science course.
- 0-1 year of experience and working in the same industry would be a plus.
- Must not be more than 27 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends.
