Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Media Planner to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role is to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Beamer's proprietary taxi-top network. You will work closely with our clients to develop tailored campaign strategies that maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement media plans for client campaigns, utilizing Beamer’s taxi-top network to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and budget, crafting customized campaign solutions.
  • Leverage data insights to inform planning decisions and optimize ad placements across Beamer's network for maximum impact.


Campaign Execution and Optimization:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns on Beamer’s digital taxi-tops, ensuring timely launches and smooth operations.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance using data analytics tools, making real-time adjustments to optimize results.
  • Regularly report campaign performance to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.


Client and Internal Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign planning, performance, and strategy.
  • Work closely with Beamer’s internal teams, including sales, creative, and technology, to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and executed flawlessly.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis and feedback to refine future strategies and drive client satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Media Buyer/Planner, with a focus on Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with digital OOH (DOOH) platforms and campaign planning is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, delivering measurable results for clients.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with OOH media planning tools and software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing tight deadlines.


Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 350,000
