Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 18 years of experience in mechanical engineering. Proficient in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
