Mathematics Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver effective mathematics and science lessons using diverse instructional methods and technologies.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, to create interactive and visually engaging presentations.
• Assess student progress through various assessment methods and use data to adapt instructional strategies.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional practices across mathematics and science subjects.
• Utilize computer skills to manage classroom activities, grading, and communication with students and parents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics and/or science at the secondary level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint, for developing instructional materials.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and staying updated with educational technology trends.

 
Location: Ring-road, Ibadan

Job Type: Full-time (onsite)

Remuneration: NGN 45,000 - 50,000 Monthly
