Job Summary

As a Marketing Specialist for our Mobile Apps Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, generating leads, and driving customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, differentiate our product offerings, and position us as a leader in the industry. If you have experience working with the Pan-African market this is a plus!

Job Description/Requirements


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and industry conferences to showcase our products and thought leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in marketing strategies.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the fintech industry or B2B software solutions
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content across various channels.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing website content for search engines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different continents.
