Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for Blockmaster's precast cement products.
• Create and manage compelling content across social media channels (including but not limited to YouTube and LinkedIn) that resonates with our target audience, highlighting product features, applications, benefits, and success stories.
  
• Implement and oversee social media campaigns, leveraging analytics to optimize performance, reach, and ROI.
  
• Cultivate and grow Blockmaster's presence on social media platforms by fostering a vibrant community, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries promptly.
  
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and product promotions.
  
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the social media landscape.
  
• Develop and manage relationships with influencers and industry partners to amplify brand visibility and product endorsements.
  
• Analyze metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and propose recommendations for improvement.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of HND degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
