As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. You will oversee both traditional physical marketing initiatives and digital marketing campaigns.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote our products/services across various channels, including print media, events, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Lead the creation of compelling marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media management, email campaigns, and content marketing, to enhance brand visibility and drive online engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the line manager to develop marketing campaigns that support lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, vendors, and industry influencers, to support business development initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating ventures to expand our market reach and drive business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and business development to remain competitive in the market.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on both physical and digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools to track and measure marketing performance and ROI.
  • Solid business development background with experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Creative flair, innovative thinking, and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
