Job Summary
The ideal candidate is responsible for leading the company's medium and long-term market strategic planning and annual implementation plan, platform user growth planning, responsible for the company's brand planning, communication, marketing team construction and management, communication channels, digital media resources planning, supervision of marketing tools development

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Brand creativity: Have the ability of brand creativity and strategic planning, complete creative planning, and creative content execution, including but not limited to the plane. Copywriting TVC. Short video and other content output.
- Full case planning: With online and offline full case planning ability, responsible for marketing activities. Execute and implement, control marketing creativity and communication quality, and be responsible for activity effect data;
- Brand communication: Have the ability of brand communication planning, formulate communication strategy planning, integrate digital media communication channels, control brand communication content, and deepen the volume of communication and diffusion.
- Integration of resources: Be able to mobilize internal and external quality resources, Nigerian media, priority brand IP partners with local influencer resources, etc
- Formulation of user growth strategy: Participate in the formulation of user operation core strategy, understand the underlying logic and methodology of user growth, and be able to formulate and disassemble operation work according to strategic objectives
- Establish operation channels: improve user activity and complete user recommendations through but not limited to community operation, word-of-mouth activities, case interviews and other detailed application means
- Market analysis: Focus on growth within the industry, promote strategies, and explore new growth opportunities and directions
- Project management: Regularly set the topic of growth point, lead the team, and cooperate with other teams to promote the implementation of growth projects and achieve the target of user growth
Requirements:
- More than 4 years of experience in Party A's brand/Party B's creative work is preferred in B2C/B2B platform companies
- With brand marketing system thinking and creative planning.
- Integrate marketing ability and maintain creativity
- Have strong internal and external resource integration ability, project execution management ability
- Active thinking, keen insight, full of curiosity, passion, and aesthetics
- Have a strong ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and a strong self-drive
- Thirst for knowledge
- Familiar with PR communication, and social platform communication resources, understand social platform promotion and operation
- Have planned successful marketing activities and cases
