Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create personalized customer journeys and automated email sequences.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot), ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Segment and manage contact lists to ensure targeted and effective marketing communication.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align automated campaigns with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or similar role within a marketing agency.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and experience integrating marketing automation with CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HTML and email design.
- Experience working with B2B and B2C campaigns.
