Job Summary
The Marketer will play a key role in promoting and selling our client high-quality clothing products, including T- shirts, Polos, Ladies' Wear, Kids' T-Shirts, Uniforms, Jerseys, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive, motivated individual with excellent communication and sales skills. Marketers can work both online and offline using their personal social media accounts. They are only required to come to the factory once a week on Monday for sales and payment report submission.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Clothing Factory’s products.
- Identify and target potential wholesalers, boutiques, and large-scale buyers.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
- Manage and update content on personal social media platforms to increase sales
- Distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content when available.
Sales Targets:
- Achieve weekly sales target of 50 pieces and monthly sales target of 200 pieces.
- Meet at least 70% of the total sales target each month to ensure salary is guaranteed.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE
- 0-1 year experience
Working Conditions:
- Flexibility to work online and offline.
- Required to come to the factory every Monday for sales and payment report submission.
- Flexible working hours may be required to meet sales targets and client needs.
Compensation:
- Monthly salary of 50,000 naira, subject to meeting 70% of the sales target.
- Personal product selling prices are allowed, it is not necessary to sell to customers at factory-giving prices.
Location: Meiran, Lagos
Employment Type: Hybrid (1 day onsite)
Remuneration: NGN 50,000 + commission
