Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and listings.
• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
• Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across digital platforms and social media channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales and management teams to meet and exceed company goals.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, open houses, and trade shows.
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Ordinary National Diploma, Higher National Diploma or a related field (preferred).
• Additional certifications in digital marketing or related areas (a plus).
