Maintenance Technician - Electrical

Responsibilities:

• Check and attend production machines, mixing machines & Grinders and utility section problems.
• Check the Preventive maintenance planning and ensure that all the production machines, Mixing, Grinding, and Utility sections are running accordingly.
• First point of contact for any machine, mould, and other problems- try to rectify if knowledgeable – otherwise inform the Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain Diesel stock and maintenance activities by controlling the leakage and DG Running hours.
• Follow the Maintenance planning & instructions given by the maintenance in-charge/Management.
• Maintain the discipline on shop floor.
• Do not play with moulds & machines, Any worker should not sleep while on duty, Do not waste Energy, Fuel, Spare parts and other goods. 
• All Technician on duty must wear PPE
• Ensure safety and security measures are adhered to safeguard the goods, moulds, machinery & machinery & human beings etc.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of machinery and shop floor.
• Carry out maintenance checks on the machine according to the preventive maintenance plan.
• Ensure the quality of the product being produced after Done Preventive of the machine.
• Monitor and control all Maintenance activities in the mixing section, Grinding section, Production machine section, Quality testing equipment, etc. Also utility section (Generator, cooling water pumps/cooling tower, Fire hydrant system, RO, water treatment system etc.).
• Communicate and coordinate with the maintenance manager of spare parts if required, for smooth operation in the plant.
• Attend Daily Machine, Mould, Mixing, Grinding, Utility, etc. problem.
  
• Maintain DG Running Hours and Change NEPA/DG panel whenever no power.
• Maintain Spare issuing stock any time use any spare parts.
• Maintain Daily work done book.
• Daily Mould Tightening, and Cleaning work to be done.
• Check and Repair Mould trolly, material trolly, truck, etc.

Requirements:

• OND with 2-3 years experience or HND with 1-2 years experience in Electrical /Electronic Engineering.
• 2-3 years of working experience
• Working Knowledge of Manufacturing process
• Candidates should live or have arrangements to live near Surulere LGA.

Remuneration: NGN 125,000 Gross.(Negotiable depending on the work experience)
